Note: There are two appraisals for "retail replacement value": one done January 2019 by AIGL in Los Angeles, CA for $23,500 and the other done October 2022 by Lamon Jewelers in Knoxville, TN for $7,300. The two values indicate a possible range of retail replacement values: $17,300 - $23,500. One possibility for the difference in value may be that jewelry sells for a higher price in Los Angeles than in Knoxville. Also, AIGL - based on my research - seems to give retail replacement values on the high end. I believe, therefore, the appraisal done by Lamon Jewelers is more reflective of market prices, or at the very least is the conservative value, so I am using it to guide this item's price.
