Note: There are two appraisals for "retail replacement value": one done January 2019 by AIGL in Los Angeles, CA for $30,922 and the other done October 2022 by Lamon Jewelers in Knoxville, TN for $8,000. The two values indicate a possible range of retail replacement values: $8,000-$30,922. Some reason for the difference in value may be that jewelry does sell for a higher price in Los Angeles than in Knoxville, but AIGL - based on my research - also may have a slight reputation for giving retail replacement values on the high end. I believe, therefore, the appraisal done by Lamon Jewelers is more reflective of market prices, or at the very least is the conservative value, so I am using it to guide this item's price.
